Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 21 days of your delivery date.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to Moustache Kids, A prepaid postage label will be issued for your convenience, the cost of the label - when used - will be deducted from the total refund amount  If the label is not used, the full refund will be issued.

• The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags as it was received by you.
• Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged, and in reasonable condition as these are considered a part of the product.
• Refunds upon approval in 3-5 Business Days.
